High-Deductible Plan F

This plan offers the lowest premiums, and has the highest out of pocket costs. The annual deductible is $1,900. This deductible must be paid before Humana Insurance of Kentucky contributes anything. Benefits include Medicare Part A coinsurance and hospital benefits, Medicare Part B coinsurance or copayment, and the first three pints of blood drawn.
