Most health care services are subject to the plan's deductible, while most preventive services are subject to a copayment. They also have non-deductible plans that provide comprehensive coverage for your health care needs, while your out-of-pocket costs are kept to a minimum. Preventive and medically necessary health care services and supplies are typically subject to a copayment.
