Lovelace iPlan options are as individual as the people in New Mexico that they serve. When you join the iPlan preferred provider organization (PPO), you’ll be covered for preventive, routine and hospital care all over New Mexico, plus worldwide emergency care 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With 8 options to choose from in New Mexico, our iPlan can be custom designed to meet your personal health care needs and budget. Deductibles and co-insurance amounts vary, and all options allow you the freedom to choose care from in-network and out-of-network providers in New Mexico. A prescription drug benefit is built into the plan.
Members of the Lovelace iPlan in New Mexico also have the option of adding dental coverage to their plan through our partnership with DentalSource. They’re dedicated to providing quality service and quality care, and they focus on helping their members stay healthy. If one of their members becomes ill, they work to return the person to better health through specialty services, case management, disease management and access to their health information line, as well as other health information on the Internet.
