Medigap Plan A Coverage for co-insurance for hospitalization and doctors' bills
Medigap Plan B Also provides coverage for hospital deductible
Medigap Plan C Coverage for the co-insurance amount for treatment in a skilled nursing facility, for the Medicare: Part B deductible, and for some emergency care outside of the United States
Medigap Plan D Coverage for some home health care
Medigap Plan E Coverage for some preventive care
Medigap Plan F Coverage for excess Medicare charges
Medigap Plan G Coverage for excess Medicare charges and for some home health care
Medigap Plan H Coverage for a percentage of prescription medications, up to $1,250 a year
Medigap Plan I Coverage for a percentage of prescription medications, up to $1,250 a year
Medigap Plan J Coverage for a percentage of prescription medications, up to $3,000 a year
Medicare Select While not technically one of the ten standardized Medigap policies, Medicare Select provides coverage by means of a managed care approach
Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB) program While not technically a standardized Medigap policy, the QMB program provides coverage for Medicare deductibles, co-insurance amounts, and premiums for eligible individuals whose income is below the poverty line and whose assets are limited
Selected Low-Income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB) program While not technically a standardized Medigap policy, the SLMB program provides coverage for Part B premiums for eligible individuals whose income is just above the poverty line

Note: All Medigap plans provide some coverage for the co insurance amount for hospitalization and doctors' bills under Medicare: Part A and Part B.
