How South Dakota Health Insurance Companies Pay Claims
Insurance companies are required to respond to all claim communications within thirty days. Although most claims are paid within the thirty days, this does not obligate the companies to pay the claim within that period of time. If you have not heard from the company you may wish to contact the company to ensure that they received your claim.
