Boise Hospital Employee Information Missing
A tape containing personal information of thousands of St. Luke's employees has gone missing. The hospital says that Mercer, which is a human resources consulting company, lost the back-up data tape., which has the personal information of employees of the St. Luke's Health System in the Treasure Valley, Wood River Valley and Misti. Employees have been told that the tape has been missing since June. We're erring on the side of caution. It was made, Mercer made us aware they had lost the tape. They indicated there's little likelihood people would be able to read the tape even if they found it," said St. Luke's spokesperson Ken Dey.
